I visited today to get anti rabies vaccine for my 3 dogs. Visit was pleasant and quick. I was asked to get vaccine from a shop on the other side of road. Nurse who attended us was courteous, probably because there were not many other animals to care. In other reviews I see that people are complaining about poor conditions, about buying medication, also about staff here being rude and dismissive and how any other vet clinics or private hospitals are much better. To all those people I want to ask how much are you paying here to get services. It's almost free. Also it's always better to get vaccines from outside as you can't be assured on how they are stored as most of them need to be at much lower temperatures. Also most of the private clinics are money grabbers are rarely care about your beloved pet. I first handedly faced a lot of times where I lost my pets while they charged exorbitant prices and basically did every test despite having similar test results from other clinics. Worst among them is the pet clinic near Green Park Colony kaman. Also my general rule when dealing with my dogs is: 1. I go to govt hospitals either in saroor nagar or narayanaguda for vaccines or any type of shots. 2. For common surgeries like spaying or similar ones, for virus infected dogs in early stages I go to narayanaguda govt vet hospital, Vittalwadi. 3. For more serious problems or any emergencies I goto a clinic in kothapet. Doctor there is a gem and her clinic is a one stop place for everything including tests and surgeries. She doesn't charge excessively and all my visits resulted in my dogs getting well. Clinic name is ENRICH pet clinic. Doctor name: B. SIREESHA.

Nice doctor on site. Knowledgeable and professional. They have doctors for all sorts of animals, like cows, dogs,cats,goats, etc. there are 2 entrances. One opens in the bylane and the other one on the road, going through Marriage registrar office/ disability rehabilitation center. If you are on the 2 wheeler, enter through the lane directly, if in 4 wheeler, take left towards the road and enter through Marriage registrar office/ disability rehabilitation center. The treatment is free of charge with some occasions when medication is not available, they will ask you to buy from outside.
