This organisation has been extremely disappointing, the vets seem unskilled, poorly informed, and lacking the necessary experience to handle animals responsibly. The entire setup feels more like a performance than a genuine pet-care facility. The doctors share unverified information and show little accountability. It’s simply not a safe choice for pet owners who truly care about their pets. My experience with the Vetic clinic at Hitech City, Hyderabad, was especially concerning. If this is how they treat a double-coat Husky during a basic grooming session, it raises serious questions about their professionalism.

Pathetic hygiene - weighing scale is not sanitised, attendants are handling pets with no gloves, thermometers aren’t sanitised before or after use. Dogs on the loose - they don’t insist on leashing dogs. I was chased around the clinic. Diseased pets are roaming around licking everything. No rules in this place. Everyone has free will.

When my pet was in distress late at night, the team acted swiftly, offering not just expert medical attention but genuine kindness and support. Every staff member made us feel comforted and cared for, always explaining our options clearly and staying by our side through a difficult time. I could see how much they love animals and the extra effort they put into making both pets and their owners feel at ease

We took a membership for our pet dog at this veterinary clinic and paid morethan 10,000rs. Unfortunately, even after receiving the full payment, the service quality was extremely poor. Even for a basic haircut, we paid separately, but it was done very very badly. The haircut was completely uneven and unprofessional, some areas had too much hair, while other areas had very little hair, making our pet look untidy and poorly groomed. Overall, there was no proper care, no attention, and no responsibility shown after the payment was received. This experience was very disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

One stop shop for your pet's medical needs, good supplies and care. It's a bit costly, so do refer the price chart. Otherwise, it's a lovely, warm and organized clinic. Even has a mobile app to support it. We took our cat for checkup and they handled with utmost patience and care.
