To say he has a "way" with puppies is a massive understatement—the man is practically a canine wizard. We came to him with an "alpha bully" puppy who was beyond mischievous, testing every boundary with relentless, high-octane energy. Bohbby’s approach was nothing short of magical. ​What sets him apart is his philosophy: he is immensely intuitive and focuses on behavior shaping and psychological grounding rather than just robotic tricks and commands. He didn't just train Raada; he truly understood him. He transformed him into a calm, well-adjusted companion while still letting his joyful, playful spirit shine. Daksh also is a breath of fresh air; his communication is so prompt and proactive that I never have to wonder how Raada is doing—he’s always one step ahead with a friendly update. The level of transparency here is unmatched. Daksh and the rest of the crew are so approachable and quick to respond, it feels like I’m checking in with family rather than a business. ​ ​The facility itself is stellar—impeccably clean, vibrant, and filled with a palpable energy of joy. It’s a fun, social environment where dogs actually get to be dogs. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff: • ​Narayan and Aryan are absolute superstars. Their dedication and genuine love for the animals are evident in every single interaction. • ​The entire team is professional, attentive, and seemingly tireless. ​ ​As someone who travels, the greatest gift Petting Matters has given me is total, unadulterated peace of mind. I used to worry incessantly, but now, I am absolutely carefree when I drop Raada off. Bohbby and his team can be blindly trusted to keep your dog safe and engaged while you’re out of town. I have a reactive dog, but thanks to their expertise in animal behaviour, they were able to help her get along with other dogs during the course of her 10-day stay. What I loved the most about the boarding is the strict routine they follow everyday, the frequent video updates, and the healthy meals. A little high on the price point, but the service is overall great.

Petting Matters truly saved my puppy’s (Choco) life. When my pup (Choco) was critically suffering from Parvo, they acted immediately and arranged a donor dog without any delay. Their response time, coordination, and genuine care were beyond words. In such a terrifying moment, they stood by us like family. Because of Petting Matters, my puppy got a second chance at life. From daily care and grooming to medical support, including coordinating and matching blood donations for dogs in need, and even helping us navigate Cooper’s adoption journey, they’ve been supportive at every step. Beyond boarding, it’s also incredibly moving to see the work they do for the larger pet community. Petting Matters actively helps coordinate and match blood donations between dogs, stepping in during emergencies and genuinely saving lives. That level of responsibility and compassion is rare. It’s never easy trusting someone else with your dog, especially a rescue, but Petting Matters made that trust possible.
