Pet Jungle Hyderabad

We left our dog Leo here for 9 days. It was his first time in pet boarding, and we clearly informed her that he gets homesick easily and would need extra care and regular updates. She promised to share photos and videos, but in reality, there were almost no updates. She was very unresponsive and often offline for hours. In 9 days, we received only two videos, and that too only after repeatedly asking. This whole experience was extremely stressful and left us constantly worried about our dog. When we picked Leo up, it was clear he was not properly cared for. He had knots all over his fur, and around his harness area, and his paws were red and dirty. none of this was there when we dropped him off. The place itself could be much better, as it wasn’t hygienic. On the pickup day, she suddenly sent a video blaming Leo for not letting her brush him, which felt like an excuse only after we were about to question his condition. I trusted this place because of the many 5-star reviews, but my experience was completely different. I would not recommend this place if you want peace of mind or proper care for your pet. Update: In response to the owner’s reply, we want to clarify that an update means proactive communication from the boarding facility. When pet parents have to repeatedly ask for updates, that is not the same as receiving regular updates. Expecting pet parents to keep calling while they are on vacation, especially from a different country, is unreasonable. We also want to clarify that we did not ask for grooming or bathing services. Basic hygiene and simple brushing, which were discussed and agreed upon in advance, are not the same as paid grooming. Shifting responsibility onto pet parents or blaming the dog’s behavior does not address the concerns raised. Our feedback reflects our genuine experience regarding communication, hygiene, and overall care.

Excellent pet boarding service. They took very good care of our pet Ajju and treated him like family. Clean place, friendly staff, and timely updates gave us complete peace of mind. Ajju came back happy and healthy. Highly recommended for pet parents! 🐾❤️

She kept me regularly updated and was proactive in informing me whenever there was even a small concern, which really gave me peace of mind. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs and their well-being. I would definitely recommend Pet Jungle to anyone looking for a safe and caring boarding place for their pet.
