Worst experience that I'm going through presently. I had taken the dog walker (twice a day) service at Mokila location which is quite far from the city which I clearly conveyed to Sampurna Mitra. After repeated affirmation on the location, she did mention she can provide dog walker service at the said location. However, after 1 month amount was paid in advance, the dog walker team called to check on the time slots and when I informed that of the location, they had mentioned that it is incorrectly updated as Miyapur and is very difficult to find a dog walker at Mokila. They managed to find a guy who was staying 36kms away, not sure how they got him to agree but he came intermittently (either he falls sick or vehicle broke down) and one day he stopped coming all together. When asked, I was told that he can't travel so long which is understandable and they couldn't find a replacement one. They said they would initiate the refund for the remaining days but ever since then, there has been no response whenever I call the local mgr (Kartheek) or Sampurna Mitra. Ive been chasing them every single day but is of no use and the money is gone in vain. I called the number in the website and someone spoke assuring it would be sorted but no use. Please don't avail the service. 1) They say live tracking system but the software right from the day 1 never worked until the guy stopped 2) Brushing and paw cleaning - Was never done

The prices at this Dumpshop are amazing! I found a couch for a fraction of the price I would have paid anywhere else.
