Mylo’s first time away from home and he absolutely loved it! 💕 I left him at Family Buddy Pets & Dogs Home Boarding with Mrs. Kavita garu for 5 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took amazing care of him with her warm, personal touch — sharing daily photos, videos, and even video calls that kept us connected and reassured. He was given tasty and healthy food with different options based on his preferences, and she made sure he ate well. All the dogs are free to move around the premises, taken for regular walks, and vet-checked when needed. Only pets with proper vaccination records are boarded, which adds a great sense of safety. The place is super clean and well-maintained — despite many dogs, there’s not even a hint of odor. Mylo looked so happy, relaxed, and well cared for throughout. 🐶✨ Truly grateful to have found such a warm, safe, loving, and homely boarding for Mylo. I kept my small breed dog, Hazel, who is also very anxious, with Kavitha maam for 18 days at family buddy. She took great care of my baby and I cannot be thankful enough. It is really difficult to find trustworthy sitters around here and I am glad to have found her. The space she keeps the pets at is clean, her entire family cares for the babies, and they make sure to not budge your lil ones from the routine they follow at your homes. The best part was the regular video calls and video updates she would share with me. It kept me at ease while I travelled. Given that she has 4 pets of her own, you can trust her with your babies and she’d take care of them like a mother.

After visiting several facilities and not feeling comfortable, I discovered Family Buddy Home Boarding in Serilingampally. It was exactly the "home-stay" environment I had been searching for. ​The experience was very excellent in his four days stay. Unlike other pet boardings which I have visited, they don’t use cages or ties; pets are allowed to roam freely and interact naturally within the home. This freedom helped my senior dog adjust remarkably fast, despite it being his first time away from us. Kavitha Ji provided such attentive, personal care—she even initiated video calls to show me how well he was settling in, which completely eased my anxiety. ​I was thrilled to see him socializing happily with other dogs. Furthermore, they managed his daily medication perfectly without a single reminder from my side. Family Buddy truly lives up to its name—it feels like leaving your pet with family.
