Completely unsatisfactory experience. Initially, there was no proper response on phone.

Amazing experience. My kids loved it as they handled the Iguana for the first time in their lives. The pets are well trained and staff is friendly. They dont just sell the pets but they are hand trained. I encourage all parents to make a visit to this pet shop.

Very bad service and rood behaviour with customer

Loves this place here, did not purchase anything here yet. But they are welcoming & nice to talk with. Giving way more information than asked, which shows they are truly liking what they do (even though its a business for them) but they do take more care of the animals there. Giving the best offers for us than we would expect. The best part here is to go & check out the Brazillian Parrot & the Care Takers conversation just hilarious & entertaining. Altogether the trip here was worth it.

Very bad clinic. Reception person is very rude and they charge very high fees 200 per injection and 350 everyday for consultations and very rude staff ..don’t go anyone
