Have been taking my dog for few years now initially they were really good, recently have not been satisfied with their services, been experiencing long hours of wait time, had to wait like 1-2 hr to get consultation. Would suggest they provide scheduled appointment time slots. Once a puppy came in for an emergency and it had to wait to get treated. so maybe not sure if they are good with emergency cases. And also mix up of prescription, gave another antibiotic and called after 20 mins saying prescription has changed and i need to get a new antibiotic (kept changing it which was not okay) costed time and money. This might be a one time situation but still lot of inconvenience. Docs and staff are good and polite.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Abhishek. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and goes out of the way to help his patients. He has been taking care of my cat since 3 years. He explains everything clearly and always makes sure my cat is comfortable and calm during the checkup. I am so grateful to have found him!

Recently, our cat Yuki’s treatment and inpatient stay were handled with exceptional care and professionalism. His calm guidance and genuine compassion always reassure us. Yuki was treated like family, not just a patient. Deeply grateful for the whole units ( Doctors and Vet Assistants) dedication and kindness. 🙏

I recently took my dog to this clinic for ear itching that had been going on for two days. Very weird clinic to be honest. The initial wait was around 10–15 minutes. What felt unusual to me was that doctor Ramya seemed a bit hesitant to approach my dog. She is excitable, I agree, but I was holding her and she is not an aggressive dog. They also suggested using an otoscope to check inside her ear, but we then had to wait another 15–20 minutes because the device wasn’t charged. That was honestly unexpected - I would assume basic equipment like this would be ready to use in a vet clinic. When they examined her ear, it looked clean with just mild redness from scratching. The immediate suggestion was ivermectin (injection or tablet). There was no mention of alternatives. The doctor also felt very unsure of her diagnosis. I declined because it felt excessive for mild inflammation without confirmed mites. My dog has taken ivermectin before for scabies, so I understand how strong that medication is and when it’s truly needed. They finally suggested ear drops and anti histamines after i suggested that across to them. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable with how quickly a strong medication was recommended without clear reasoning or explanation. The experience felt very different from our regular vet back in Bangalore, who takes time to explain options and follows a more measured approach. The clinic environment also felt quite dark and not very welcoming. They have moved it into some lane behind the earlier location. I would not return here.
