This review is based on repeated experiences, not a one-time incident. We have faced ongoing issues with the individual who introduces himself as the supervisor (Govardhan) at Go Puppy, Sun City. He describes himself as “strict,” but his behaviour towards customers is consistently rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. On a previous visit, our dog developed a skin reaction after grooming here, which we later traced to the products used at the centre. Since then, we have been bringing our own shampoo and towel, and this was clearly communicated. Despite this, during our recent visit, the supervisor repeatedly interfered with the grooming process, insisted on controlling the use of even our own products, and created an uncomfortable environment without any valid reason. When we tried to address the issue calmly, he reacted defensively, asserted authority instead of resolving the concern, and escalated the situation by involving the owner. Unfortunately, the owner did not listen to our explanation and chose to support this behaviour, rather than address the concern professionally. A pet care facility should prioritise animal safety, hygiene, and respectful communication. The lack of accountability at both staff and management levels raises serious concerns about the standards followed at this branch. Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, it misrepresents what actually happened. The issue did not begin at the counter. It started near the grooming area, when your supervisor entered repeatedly and interrupted the service while our pet was being groomed using our own shampoo and towel, which had been clearly communicated beforehand due to a prior skin reaction caused by products used at your centre. At that time, there was no crowd and no multiple staff present, contrary to what you have stated. Only the groomer was available, and even he was attending to another pet simultaneously. Any claim of repeated counter arguments or public intimidation is therefore incorrect. Regarding pricing: we have been visiting monthly, and the same service has been quoted at different prices by different counter staff on different visits. This inconsistency reflects a lack of transparency, not “negotiation attempts.” Expecting customers to accept varying rates for the same service is unreasonable. We also clarify that the issue is not with SOPs, but with the manner in which your supervisor communicates and escalates situations. We have faced similar behaviour from the same individual earlier as well. Each time this person is at the counter, issues arise .this pattern has been witnessed by other pet parents present at the store. Dismissing customer feedback by rewriting events and shielding staff behaviour does not resolve the issue. It only raises further concerns about management accountability, internal oversight, and customer safety.

Very happy with the grooming and service, coming here for the first time, the attention to detail was very impressive. Huge thanks to Arshad bhai who made sure there wasn’t any loose hair and groomed our dog very beautifully. Rly great place to get your dog groomed.
