I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care you provided to my lovely pet "Husky" [Cat]. Your attention to detail and compassionate care were outstanding, and I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us. By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team...☺️ So grateful to the best Vet in town, Dr. Salem Masqati, Because of sir and his kindness we’ve been newly introduced to this clinic. Not only is it closer to us where we live but the staff are super friendly, facility is clean. THANKS A LOT 😊

I was thinking it was a good experience for me but I lost my cat and just they was doing like using syrenge and glucose after knowing that my cat is not in a good condition but I kept repeating them that my cat is not even walking properly but still they asked me to visit tomorrow or after 2 days but they didn't took any emergency step forward for me and my cat they said me to wait for senior doctor but they was unable to safe my cat only syrenge and glucose these are not the solution for any recovery...the staff should learn and should study more how to safe any pet..this are my last words I'll never ever visit again here and suggest everyone to go for a better doctor instead of this... everything I've done scannings,x-ray,blood test what ever things they said I did without thinking of money and the situation but at last I lost my love my cat I'm not at all satisfied with them don't prefer anyone this clinic...I'm not writing it coz of heartbreak but this is genuine words I've wrote here if you have any small problems then you can visit but not for any emergency or any critical condition of your pets..💔

Hi everyone, This is a delayed review after visiting to the clinic for almost a year now and have always found the staff very helpful and ready to help and understand the concern, me and my fiance have visited to this clinic together as luffy (our persian cat) stays at her place. Must recommend this place as they look at every aspect for your pet also got my cat neutered here and found that my cat recovered within a week and healthy.

This is a delayed review. I took my 3-year-old husky here for a second opinion because our regular doctor was unavailable. The second clinic we visited seemed more focused on ordering multiple tests without proper reasoning and didn’t really listen to our concerns. At Masqati, Dr. Pavan patiently listened to everything we explained, asked relevant questions to understand our pet’s condition better, carefully reviewed the reports, and then diagnosed her. He never suggested any unnecessary tests and always recommended what was genuinely in our pet’s best interest. We initially missed collecting the gastrointestinal food he had suggested. When we returned the next day for saline, he noticed that her condition had already improved and advised us not to get the gastrointestinal food since it was no longer needed. It’s these small, honest gestures that truly matter—when something isn’t required, it shouldn’t be recommended. We completed the remaining saline doses, and our pet has fully recovered now.
