I visited this place after hearing about it and went there to buy a puppy. Store has some breeds in the shop and the rest in their kennels, which is fine, but the way they approached customers didn’t feel very comfortable. When I mentioned the breed I wanted, they said they would only show that specific puppy from the kennel. Personally, I feel you should be able to see a few puppies of the same breed to understand their temperament and appearance before deciding. I had plans to buy, but not just by looking at photos or videos. I don’t have any complaints about the quality of the puppies, but the customer service felt a bit pushy and more focused on making a sale rather than helping the customer choose calmly.

Love the service and hospitality. You can buy all type of dog breeds, parrots and even fishes tooo… I’m travelling with them since from March. My experience is very good with them. Highly recommended

VR pets & kennel it is worst kennel I visited ever, because we buy lab puppy from this kennel and after 2 days the puppy became ill and we took to vet hospital and after checkups the vet confirmed that the dog is suffering from parvovirus. Within 20 days the puppy died.We trusted this store but this is what happen that made us very sad and upset . They are selling virus infected pets. Waste kennel 😡Don’t buy any pets from this kennel. We lost money and also the puppy. Don’t waste money by buying the pets from this store .

We had worst experience with these people twice. My dog got skin rashes on whole body and horrible eye infection. My dog was in boarding for just two days and now he is in great pain. Workers there are so irresponsible and place has ZERO hygiene. Owners neither apologized nor accepted their fault, on top of it they blame that the dog was aggressive. I give -10 out if 10 points. Please never choose their boarding services.
