Dr. Sai Prasad is one of the most genuine and compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. He handled my cat’s neutering surgery with great care, and what touched me most was his dedication afterwards—he personally followed up for the next 48 hours on WhatsApp, asking if my cat had eaten, drunk water, vomited, everything. This was my second cat with him. For my first cat, who had FPV, he went above and beyond—coming to help at 4 AM without any hesitation, at a time when all other hospitals had rejected my cat and refused to take him in. Even though we couldn’t save him, the effort, kindness, and empathy Dr. Sai Prasad showed will always stay with me. A truly dedicated doctor who treats every pet as if they are his own. I highly, highly recommend him.
