I on-boarded my pet, Sultan a 7 year old boxer dog for 2 weeks. Since he’s not had an early exposure to other dogs, due to our postings but Priya played this really well. She ensured he was meeting up with other dogs, tried to make Sultan friendly with his size dogs but too late for his age. However, he got along well with small dogs & pups. I have boarded him in other places, but this is the first time he much fitter, healthier & agile. He was active since there were other dogs out there, giving him the energy to explore. Just so happy with the whole experience. She shared pics & videos so we could see his daily feeds. All in all a huge thumbs up. This is surely going to be my go-to place for Sultan from now on.

My pet came back hurt. Our regular boarding was not available so we boarded her with them for three nights based on a neighbour’s recommendation and online reviews but I was very disappointed. The initial screening process and all the form filling etc was very professional and comforting. When I got there with my dog, I was taken aback by the location. There is construction activity going on in the very building the place is located and the inside was nowhere as neat as the videos shared made them out to be. Besides, the caretakers were playing very loud music when we arrived. When I asked them why, the explanation was that since they were unable to take the barking of the resident dogs (there were 4-5 of them) , they had to resort to it. This alone should have made me scoot but I was too committed by then and decided to take a chance considering other redeeming factors. I had chosen the “single occupancy” for my Dog. I really don’t know why but it was possibly because I thought that that would be a better option in terms of comfort for her. Couple of nights into the boarding, I got a call from the owner who told me that the dog had injured herself while trying to push open the door of the room/enclosure in which she was boarded. As soon as I returned from my trip, I rushed to the place and got my dog back. Upon inspection, I observed that her nose was injured and so was her paw. It was apparent that wherever she was confined in, she did not like it, and she tried to force herself out. This should not have happened as it was my understanding that her stay will be supervised. The fact that she hurt herself as badly as she did is evidence that that was not the case. I would have let this pass, but dogs are like family to their parents. After paying ₹850 a night all I was looking for is a place where she will be SAFE & comfortable, and that was in any case the promise. So I am extremely disappointed and would never board my dog again with them.

Left my dog at Scooby-dooby-doooo pet boarding for a few days and couldn’t have asked for better care. The team was so loving, responsible, and kept me updated with photos and videos. My dog came back happy and relaxed - thank you for treating her like your own!

Hey hi Priya! I’m so grateful. Really. Oscar looked so happy and the way he was playing with that boy who escorted him out. It was heartwarming.❤️ And he was so happy there that now he looks a bit upset that he doesn’t have those friends here, lol. Once again thank you for such a great unleashed accommodation that my boy felt home there.🙏🏻❤️🤗

It was a truly wonderful experience for my Chitti (Gamora)! 🐶 She felt absolutely at home from the very first day and made so many lovely friends — Roxie, CoCo, Jimmy, and many more furry buddies! 🐕🐾 As pet parents, we pamper our fur babies with utmost love and care, and I was so happy to see Chitti being treated the same way here. She stayed for almost a week and came back super happy and energetic! 🥰 Every time she gets a chance, she still gets excited to go back — that says it all! 💫 A special mention for the food 🍲 — they serve home-cooked meals for pets, which made me really happy because my dog isn’t used to commercial food like Pedigree or Royal Canin. It’s such a thoughtful touch! 🙌 Since it was our first time, we were initially a bit nervous about leaving her. But after a trial visit, we gained complete confidence — Chitti was comfortable, cheerful, and clearly well taken care of throughout. 💕 Thank you for giving our pet a second home! 🏡🐾 Highly recommended to all pet parents looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their furry kids..
