Pathetic services..: Took the mobile grooming service from PetGully! My dog has been suffering in severe pain for the past 2–3 days after this service. The groomer recklessly used a hot blade/trimmer near his private area, causing a serious wound now filled with pus. This is absolute negligence and cruelty. What is even more shameful is the service provider’s shameless denial of responsibility instead of showing basic accountability or compassion. Such behavior is unacceptable and dangerous, and no pet parent should have to go through this. Completely avoid!!!

Recently my dog has hair cut in pet gully and from the same day my dog was not walking and behaving abnormal as she has some hurt on her back . We went to vet so many times but there is no use. It’s been 1 week now still my dog has no recovery. I really want to tell them that’s because of their negligence .completely unprofessional behaviour. They were threatening and shouting on dogs.I completely not recommend this to anyone.

What can I say, they provided the best grooming possible for my pet dog. My pet dog is anxious and is not friendly during grooming. But they handled our pet dog so well and groomed our shihtzu so good. Took 1650 around for complete packaging including bath, drying, combing, denatting, nail trimming etc. Worth visiting the physical store in Narsingi.
