My cat, who can be a bit nervous, was handled with such care and patience. 🙏 The team did an incredible job with the bath and grooming. My cat came back looking and feeling so much better—her coat was soft and shiny, and she smelled amazing! ✨ They paid close attention to every detail, from the perfect nail trim to a thorough brush-out. I was also really impressed with the clean and well-organized facility. If there was a negative rating for the service provided by just grooms I would certainly rate it the lowest. Last time they cut my shitzus tongue with the razor. This time even asking for an experienced person they sent someone who couldn’t even handle the dog. Plus the receptionist was clueless on how to speak and how to confirm the time availability. We were supposed to stay available as per their time slot. On top of that look at the condition of the van. Worst experience ever and never booking services with them again.

I recently took my dog to this place and had a wonderful experience! The team was incredibly kind and treated my pet like one of their own. They spoke to him gently, kept him calm throughout, and gave him a neat, clean haircut after a thorough bath. I was especially impressed by the work of Kalyani and Rajesh. Kalyani, in particular, was very patient and professional while handling my dog. Truly grateful for the care and attention they gave. Highly recommend!

Visited Just Groom, Banjara Hills for our 2 year-old Shih Tzu Orea’s full body haircut. We were initially hesitant about trimming, but the team did an amazing job. Rajesh And Srikanth were very patient and handled Orea with great care. Loved the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon. Very happy with the service 😊
