I took my injured cat to the hospital for treatment and over time i realised the Doctors treating her have very little qualifications. She had a severe wound which took one to 1.5 months to heal. They overcharged for even the smallest of things, pushing for all kinds of medicine from new pharma brand they’ve partnered with. When I asked how to know if my cat is in heat, the doc said she will spot (which never happens btw). Moreover, when my cat’s kidney functions came out abnormal due to the constant medication pumped into her the doctor was quick to mention the possibility of AKI without any previous testing. Only when i cross questioned is when they agreed that it might be cuz of the medications or environmental factors. Plus just 2 days before she gave birth, the doctor couldn’t even tell me that she’s pregnant all while physically examining her. Even when i started to doubt the credibility of the clinic in the beginning, i thought maybe I’m overthinking. Very weird people and clearly a money minting hospital!

Dr Dog Pet Hospital is an excellent place for pet care. A special thanks to Dr. Melsi for her expert diagnosis, patience, and genuine love towards animals. She handled my pet very gently and explained the condition and treatment very clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. Today I visited this hospital after calling a day before and I asked what is there consultation fee. The guy told me it is 400 rupees. Without telling me the consultation fee and compulsory first time registration fee they told me to go to the doctor. Before my kitten treatment I asked her very specifically and clearly how much it is going to cost including your consultation fee she told me it will cost you 700 so then I told her you can go ahead. When I reached the billing counter I was asked to pay 1300 When I spoke to the doc she kept silent but the girl in reception was rude and told me you have to pay After telling them many time one of other doctor intervene and told me that she will give 5 percent discount I asked her when I was told to pay only 700 why I will pay you 1200 and I again told her my situation then she and the receptionist forced me to Pay 1000 rupees. For a needle which may cost 5 or 10 rupees they are charging 100 rupees for a 10 ml Dns water for 500 ml it cost only 40 to 70 rupees they are charging 200 rupees. There should be MRP on each product so No body can loot us. If you have tons of money in your account and you want to be looted please visit dr dogs. I dont understand how anyone forces to pay for the registration along with consultation fee. People like me who cannot waste my time to fight or wills to fight, Please dont go there.
