I don't take any pleasure in writing a bad review but I need to share my experience. We left our 2 indie cats(both around 1 yr old) 2 times here. First time, we faced no issues, everything was as per expectations. But the second time, things have been very disappointing. Clear expectations regarding diet were set, but were not followed. Due to which, our smaller cat has severe motions for over a week now. We have spent many hrs trying to feed her and give her medicines and visited doctors. Yet, her issue persists- from which I can surmise - how badly her diet got botched up. Furthermore, hygeine (rooms, litter were not cleaned) and attentively to the cats is not great either. Finally, when I went to pick them up- there was a cat locked in a store/bathroom which was attached to room in which my cats were already boarded. Not a great experience for cats- as it was very difficult to get my cats in their carrier.

It was my second time keeping my cat at Percy/Nest boarding for 10 days. Muqtar took good care of him and went above and beyond to send photos/videos and provide updates on him. Due to the cat toys, shelves and cat tree enrichment, my cat was quite active.

The Nest Pet Boarding took amazing care of my fur babies! He was kind, attentive, and kept me updated regularly. My pets looked happy and relaxed.. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their pets.

I kept my 2 rabbits Honey and Funny with percy boarding for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. They were in proper care and came to us all cheerful. Muqther daily provided photos and videos. I am now relieved and know that I can go on vacation by keeping my 2 rabbits with percy boarding.
