Their reception, communication is really good but they do not stick to your requests. My dog had issues with kidneys and we were strictly advised not to feed him high protein food. We were stringet with his diet and unfortunately had to leave my dog here for 3 days. In these three days, these guys fed him non veg and now my dog’s platelets are down and is on saline. These guys don’t understand the situation and carry on with their own methods. Very bad experience! Attached photos will tell you what my dog’s current situation is. He vomitted the bone pieces due to indigestion.

Probably the worst place to keep your dog for shelter. I left my dog for 4 nights and after coming home, my dog fell very sick and we found out he had a fungal infection. When I reached out they told me that my dog was digging in the durt, which is untrue because he never did this in his life. This is the result of very poor management and uncleanliness of how the dog is kept in the kennel and outside. My dog and I are going through a very tough phase now as it might take months to fully recover from his condition.

Good Ambience and very polite hospitality came for adoption played with dog and took it. Boarding facility also there good and hygiene place till visited very friendly staff same as shown in YouTube video
