We just had our first dog grooming experience was good and the staff was very friendly and I will recommend this service to friends and family tq 👍👍

I needed a carrier for air travel for a 15kg beagle. Since it was an adoption the time was very short. I randomly called up the himayatnagar HUFT and spoke to mr. Chandu. The specifications i was looking for ( the carrier had to be airline compliant the beagle had to fit in it feel comfortable etc) was not available in any of the stores except Bangalore. Online delivery was not an option for me as the delivery date was well past my travel date. This man mr. Chandu went way out of his line of duty to personally order the carrier and got it delivered in one night. He personally went to the cargo office took a delivery and sent through porter to the place i needed at. I have not seen him never visited the shop he works at but just because I said i don’t know anyone in Hyderabad but i need help in making the adoption process smooth he stepped in and did way beyond his capacity. People like him restore faith in humanity. Thanks mr. Chandu for being generously compassionate and empathetic.. - from the bottom of my heart In general I have noticed that all the HUFT staff/ owners are very lovely people and treat the pets n pet parents very kindly- at least the few outleys i interacted/ visited with have been really helpful and supportive.. thanks team HUFT❤️❤️❤️

Great teddy bear hair cut ! 💇 Grooming is excellent. When scoopies hair got dry, they suggested oil massage. I got the massage done for Scoopy twice. Now hair turned smooth and shiny. This was my fourth visit for my Shih Tzu. The first time was good, but the next two visits were a disaster. I even left a bad review earlier because the bath service wasn’t done properly and his hair was cut too short. The manager then called me and asked me to stay during the next visit so I could see everything myself. So this time, I stayed for the entire three-hour grooming session. And let me tell you, don’t leave your pets and go. The last two times when I left, they didn’t even do the bath properly. But this time, since we were sitting right there watching through the CCTV, they actually did the bath right. Now coming to the haircut, I showed a clear reference picture, but what they did first was completely different. When I pointed it out, the groomer had the audacity to say, “that haircut can only be done on puppies, not adult Shih Tzus.” Like seriously? Shih Tzus look the same from 3 months to 13 years. If it couldn’t be done, he should’ve just said so instead of doing a random cut. After the first attempt, My Dog literally looked like Salman Khan from Tere Naam 😭. Then again, I had to explain and show the photo once more, only then he tried to fix it and did something slightly better, but still not close to what I asked for. It’s honestly disappointing to pay thousands for their “package” only to get half-done work and attitude. This place really needs better-trained staff and people who actually listen to customers instead of making excuses. I’m soo happy with the service. The groomers here have a lot of patience and they groomed my baby very well. Groomers were calm throughout the process which helped my birthday boy to calm down the nerves at least a little. I did not know that there is complimentary massage for pet birthdays. So, the staff here assured me that they’ll provide it next time. And all the staff here are amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back here and this place gained my full trust-Especially with the CCTV view and the talented groomers. My baby looks absolutely stunning after the session🥰
