Great and safe place quick communication very reliable. Will ensure to keep my pets again and again. Nice staff and nice management. They take requests for example my snoopy has a tumor on left leg they ensured that she provided with a grass mattress. Also my muffin had separation anxiety she generally need more affection or she stops eating. That was well taken care by them.
Wonderful pet care service! They took great care of my pet, kept me updated, and were very reliable. I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in good hands. Highly recommend!
I have boarded my dog 3 times last time was the worst experience. They didn’t even take him for potty left him in the cage or tied somewhere not sure. His poop was stuck to his back and it dried up. He became lean and was dehydrated he drank almost whole bowl of water which I have never seen such way. Owner is like a mask man never appears always let his worker do all the job. The food eating video also nicely edited till my dog licked or chewed only once. They have used same video and shared it with me in different days and their WhatsApp is also set for timer which will auto delete videos after certain time. I left my Pomeranian 10years old dog with him for 1 week everyday they share the video with same style of eating and the walk is also same place. I think they record at once and share the edits with less than in for the consecutive days. So much scam and he got rashes,skin allergies
It was first time we've taken the boarding for our pet Leo (persian Cat - 2Y) and we were scary initially which boarding to opt but we felt happy after choosing furry affair we had a great experience and we recommend this pet boarding as a hygienic and safety place.
