The worst clinic i would say I took my cat here because of emergency and it was near by and mentioned that it was 24hours available when I took my cat there she was having seizures I don't know much about pets it was our first time my cat had fever we took her to the other hospital 2-3 times and she was getting better but one night she was shaking and we took her to this worst hospital I don't know whether the guy who was checking was assistant or doctor he was literally checking phone before giving injections he was not able to speak properly was not able to identify thr cause while my cat was clearly having seizures he gave 2-3 injections glucose and then said take her home she will get better in half an hour but I asked how will I see her in this situation for like an hour he said no I can't to nothing my duty is over I have to go and he forced us to go I had not other option to call another hospital in jublie hills to ask for emergency service he also denied saying that just now you took medictaion for your cat wait for 2 hours I hate how doctors are this heartless while going back home my cat died and I was so helpless I drove back to the clinic for atleast cpr for my cat but till that he closed the clinic and went off these doctors will never understand the pain of pets and pain of the parent. Visit this hospital on your own risk

My male cat who's 4 months old had fever for 2 days. This is our very first pet and we weren't aware where to take him. Tried searching for clinics and found this clinic in our locality as it had good reviews we went there. And the doctor said he doesn't only have fever but infections as well that's why he is so dull. She placed cannula on his hand and then gave him 3 injections and then IV fluid. IV fluid is fine but giving him multiple injections clicked us. And then she prescribed him a lot of medicines and tests. She took his blood same day. We were like okay maybe something is serious. Only me and my sister were there we are introverts and can't talk much that's why we kept quite and just followed her. But after coming home our baby got more sick next day and then on third day it got worse. We decided not to go there again. And asked her to send the reports to us via E-mail. We went to a different hospital on 4th day and showed the prescriptions and reports to the doctor. Doctor was like who gave him all these injections. He just got fever and nothing else. There is nothing in the reports and there was no need to put cannula and give him these many injections. He would've been better in like 3 days. The new doctor gave only 2 medicines and asked to give him very light food and a lot of water. He got better in just 4 days. Thanks to that doctor!! And after all this when we went to get the cannula removed she charged more and her assistant handled our baby so roughly and took the cannula out in a very bad way. He had tears in his eyes. We would never recommend any pet parent to go there and ruin their baby's health.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Sirisha. My pet was diagnosed with tick fever and had to undergo a blood transfusion due to very low platelet count. It was a very worrying time for us, but Dr. Sirisha’s calm approach, expertise, and compassionate care gave us confidence throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly, guided us through the process, and treated my pet with so much love and patience. Thanks to her timely treatment and dedicated care, my pet is now recovering well. I highly recommend Dr. Sirisha to any pet parent looking for a knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. She treats not just the illness but also supports the family with kindness and reassurance.

Our cat lulu was very sick and after taking blood tests we got to know about her viral infection, Dr Srisha has provided with best treatment, and my pet has recovered in a week. With god's grace the antibiotic fluids worked well. The clinic is nice but requires more illumination and equipments(protective gloves, face sheild etc) to handle enraged pets more often, since cats are not as gentle as dogs, also the price of treatment is a high which must & should be reduced. Once again I am grateful to Dr Srisha and her assistant for the continuing support. I would definitely recommend all the pet owners to regularly take your pets for veterinary checkup either for deworming, vaccination or just grooming to ensure the well-being and better health of your pet and to avoid emergency when your pet becomes very ill due to unknown reasons as our case.

Edit-> After I wrote this review she started messaging me starting 6 AM and calling me. When my mom called her back later in the day she started yelling and screaming for giving her 1 rating and justifying her attitude and actions towards the pet. It is not about if the pet would have survived or not, jt is about her attitude which is not the attitude of a genuine DOCTOR. GO TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU WANT YOUR PET DEAD WITHIN HOURS. This shouldn’t be called a clinic and rather just a pet supply/medical store. Had to take my kitten to this clinic due to emergency as the veterinary hospital where my kitten was getting treated was closed at that time. She told me that I brought her too late even when I told her that it has not even been a day since she fell sick and is undergoing treatment. She wasn’t interested in treating the kitten. I bought it 6 days back and told her that the previous owners told me they got her vaccinated but probably it was not vaccinated. The way she handled the case was shocking. She LOST the ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION that I gave her from the hospital my kitten was getting treatment from. Then she was using a JUTE rope instead of tourniquet while taking blood. And she tried on 3 legs but was unable to get blood as she was injecting needle in flesh instead of nerve and she constantly kept complaining that its issue with kitten as she does not have blood. She was so unwilling to touch her and not sure how doctor treats patient without touching them. Then she just asked me to put her under the light to heat up her body and we had to ask her multiple times to check if her body was getting better or not, during the 4 hrs we spent there. All she was doing was watching some VIDEOS on her phone in some other room and never bothered to come and check on the kitten. It’s the careless attitude that is the problem here. After all the treatment and heavy bills she charged she said the kitten is now stable and its good that we brought her quickly to clinic, and we can now bring her the next day to continue treatment. But within 2 hrs of bringing her home her condition was not improving and she died the same night. Its a shame how animals are being treated at such clinics who dont have any love/concern towards animals.
