I found that the personnel at Naveen's Vet &Pet needs are: (1) thoroughly experienced and highly knowledgeable about pets and their needs, sometimes even more than the pet doctor! (2) very polite and professional with the customers; also, they were pretty straightforward with me while discussing the utility of certain items. They have earned my respect on both counts. I also like the fact that they give a decent discount over the MRP on many of the products (which are highly priced from the start, in any case). That is why I try to buy my pet needs in bulk from them. There are products that suit a range of budgets - from the very low to the "posh"/costly ones.
