Got my shitzu groomed here, very happy with the service....can say they stand stop of all the groomers in Hyderabad. They took special care as if the pet was theirs!.....keep the quality and the good work!

I have never in my life seen a grooming place so absolutely filthy! The room that I was taken to had grease marks all over the room. The comb that they wanted to use was already full of hair and they were just throwing it off on the floor. All the combs were lying around filthy and full of hair. I insisted that they wash it. The room had not been cleaned so all the fur was on the floor. There was an uncovered bucket with fur in it also. I dread to think just how many fleas and ticks must be crawling all over the place. The groomers were very rough with my cat. They held him tightly all his legs in a vice like grip. They didn’t even dry him completely. I got home a damp cat but I had no other option. My cat is traumatised! . Horrible horrible dungeon of a place. Don’t take your babies here!

Hi everyone I have visited this grooming center I have 6 months old Shihtzu I went for grooming, while doing haircut they just closed the door and told me to wait outside as my puppy was barking.. After returning home my dog was not playing like daily he was very scared.. The next day his chin area felt different so I checked that His skin was sagging as someone holded his chin skin for so long Its really heart breaking, literally his chin skin got down and it was sagging The ppl were holding his chin and did facial haircut, my dog is just 6 months old His skin is very sensitive How can they treat a dog like that behind our back Really disappointed and angry with their service.. my suggestion kindly check ur dog after grooming . I will never visit the grooming center again Disgusting people If u dono how to handle a dog just close the stupid grooming center. Idiots
