Best place for your pets. I have taken my pet which is affected with food poisoning and it is in the final stage The clinic doctor told me to leave hopes on your pet. But when I reached out to B.G.pet clinic the doctor told me that your pet is in the final stage and also getting blood motions. But still we can save your pet but treatment will take some time and you need to visit the clinic at least 10 to 15 days continuously also it will take some cost. So we were ok with the treatment and then visited the clinic like 15days and my pet got good treatment, finally my pet has recovered 70 percent after 15 days. So if you want quality treatment and want good care of your pet don't look at the cost just visit this clinic they will save your pet

⭐ 1 Star – Extreme Medical Negligence – Lost My Kitten I took my 5-month-old kitten to this clinic multiple times because she was continuously shivering, not eating, losing weight, and becoming extremely weak. On 24/01/2026, her temperature was 105.7°F, which is dangerously high. Still: - No blood tests - No proper diagnosis - No IV fluids - No emergency care Only injections and syrups were given without identifying the cause. On 26/01/2026, her temperature dropped to 98.6°F (dangerously LOW for cats). She was extremely weak and critical. Instead of emergency care, three injections were given at once. Immediately after that, she started struggling to breathe, collapsed, and then we taken to vishwa pet clinic chandanagar, they said, previous clinic ignored the emergency and didn't taken care what it needs. And they blamed them. At last my kitten died. Cause of both clinic. They only needed money, didn't even care to save a tiny life. So cruel don't have humanity only care for money. 💔 This is clear medical negligence, lack of seriousness, poor diagnosis, and careless handling of a critical case. Pets are family. This experience caused us unbearable trauma. Strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic, especially for serious or emergency cases. Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience.

The staff behaviour is also very good and I've been going there for past 3 years. The care and attention they give to my pets is exceptional.
