Extremely Disappointed – Negligent Treatment Led to My Pet’s Death I had a terrible experience here. I took my baby chicken, Vicky, to this so-called super speciality vet hospital, expecting proper care. Unfortunately, the doctor was extremely careless and showed no concern for my pet’s well-being. Instead of properly diagnosing Vicky’s condition, he simply gave an injection and assured me that he would recover. However, as soon as I reached home, Vicky’s condition worsened, and he tragically passed away. The lack of attention, empathy, and professionalism from the doctor was appalling. If they had taken the time to actually care for and treat my pet properly, this could have been avoided. I strongly advise pet owners to think twice before bringing their beloved animals here. If you truly care about your pet’s health, seek a hospital where vets actually care and provide the attention every life deserves.

Excellent Veterinary Service! The vets & para-vets here are very professional and caring. Mostly staff handle animals gently and give injections very smoothly without causing stress or pain. Quick response, good service, and genuine care for pets and livestock. Highly recommend this hospital for reliable and compassionate veterinary care!

"I recently visited the Government Veterinary Hospital and was impressed with the cleanliness and helpful staff. Although they only accept cash, they politely guided me to withdraw money from a nearby location. The doctors were thorough and took necessary precautions while treating my pregnant pet. However, I was disappointed with the X-ray charges. Despite paying ₹300, I didn't receive the X-ray film, which seemed unfair. The hospital's notice clearly stated "₹300 for X-ray without X-ray film," which felt like a rip-off. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and the doctors were very helpful. I'm rating 4 out of 5 stars, as the X-ray issue was a significant drawback. With a bit of improvement in transparency, this hospital would truly deserve a 5-star rating."

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and the wrong prognosis given by this hospital. My cat fell from the 4th floor and was in critical condition with a fractured jaw and leg. The doctors here only gave an injection and glucose, told us her chances of survival were very low, and sent us elsewhere for surgery. However, I kept my faith in Allah and didn't give up. Today, my cat is doing amazingly well—she is eating and behaving like a normal cat. These doctors failed to understand her strength and pain. I am thankful to Almighty Allah for saving her, as this hospital had clearly lost hope."
