I am soo happy with the service n staff of waggy tales....They took care of my pet soo well.... It is one of cleanest pet boarding centre with proper amenities, they also have coolers during summer time. Usually in boarding pet loose there weight n got tick issues.. Here is just reverse.... my baby become chubby n super happy n no tick issues. Everyday they sent one playtime video without fail n it makes us more happy to see our fur baby enjoying with there fellow mates.... Its a fab vacation for my pet. Thank u soo much waggy tales..

Good response time when I connected first about daycare/boarding services. Affordable rates. Was given a google form to fill about vaccination and ticks and food allergies which assured me that my pet would be safe. Staff were very friendly and my pet came back home happy and tired. Would definitely recommend to friends :)

I recently took my dog to this m & m waggy tales facility for boarding and swimming pool experience and my dog has outstanding. He loved the facility, staff, environment and all. Overall lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Our fur babies, Jerry and Bambi, enjoyed their 3-week holiday at Waggy Tales under the watchful eye of Megha, Manjeet, and their dedicated helpers. They played with their fur buddies, Scooby, Aura, Lucy, and Golu during their vacation and ate 3 hearty meals per day. Waggy Tales took care of their play, walk, meals, grooming, and overall safety and well-being. We really loved the attention given to J&B and their buddies. My kids loved Waggy Tales so much, they were depressed when they came back home...we had to take them back a few days later just to see the sparkle in their eyes. Thank you Waggy Tales for the love and care my babies enjoyed with you. To encourage more stayovers by making it more economical for multiple dog-owners like us, we'd request Waggy Tales to reconsider the per day cost be rationalized based on # of days of boarding (especially for long-term boarding), # of dogs per family, weight of dog to categorize them fairly (one of my Indies is half the weight of the other), and a lower rate for Indies to encourage and promote adoption of strays/rescued Indies. We'd also request Waggy Tales to allow pawrents to enjoy unlimited access to the video feed while their dogs are in their care, which can be revoked after they leave. That way, pawrents can enjoy their pet's antics during their stay and reduce pressure on the staff to record, curate, and share videos everyday. We highly recommend Waggy Tales for day care, boarding, grooming, and new facilities they are currently planning. We love Waggy Tales and so will you!
