I brought my dog, who is a heart patient with an ACL tear and severe lethargy, to this hospital only for heart X-rays and blood tests. Despite repeated requests, I was not allowed inside the X-ray room or during blood collection. Trusting the staff, I reluctantly let them take my dog alone—something I deeply regret. When my dog was brought back, he was bleeding from his lower lip. When questioned, the staff casually claimed he “might have hit the table,” which is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I demanded CCTV footage. Initially, I was told clients are not allowed to view it and that I should contact customer service. Only after I stated I would file a formal complaint for animal mishandling during medical examination did they agree to show the footage. The CCTV clearly showed mishandling of my dog, despite his known medical conditions. What was even more disturbing was the complete lack of empathy and accountability. The attendants stood silently, and the doctor displayed a rude, dismissive, and unapologetic attitude. At no point was there genuine concern, remorse, or even a basic apology for the injury caused. The only reason I did not pursue a police complaint is because: 1. I partially blame myself for trusting this facility and not insisting on being present. 2. I have a critically sick dog to care for, and my priority is his well-being—not spending my energy chasing accountability from people who clearly lack the most fundamental quality a doctor should have: empathy. If you love your pet, do not leave them alone here, especially if they are medically fragile. This experience was traumatic, avoidable, and completely unprofessional. I’d give Crown Vet a 6 star if I could⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to the Crown Vet team. I went to multiple vets with my cat because she wasn’t eating and seemed depressed, but she was only getting worse. One of my friends suggested I visit the nearest CrownVet, so I took my cat to the Gachibowli branch where Dr. Anwar and team were able to promptly diagnose a very emergent surgical condition and referred me immediately to the Banjara hills team. From the get go, Dr. Tapashree explained everything in detail and told me it was a very risky surgery. My cat also needed resuscitation during surgery so we understood her prognosis was pretty bad. However the team provided such good round-the-clock care that my baby went from being critical to sitting up the very next day. I was really stressed but they made sure to keep me in the loop with the tiniest wins also. Everytime her blood tests came back a little bit improved, they were as happy as I was. I was so comfortable at the clinic where I probably spent 5+ hours everyday for 6 days. The staff at the reception (Mr. Rafiq, Mr. Ajmal and one more very sweet maam) were extremely kind and understanding. I saw the night duty team keeping tabs on my baby, measuring vitals, feeding her, treating her and cleaning her up all through the night. They celebrated her tiniest improvements and that gave me more hope and positivity. I saw the day team do everything in their power to get her back to normal at the earliest. From routine blood tests, hydrating her, coaxing her to eat, to treating the littlest abnormalities and the major ones too, I am in awe of their dedication. She also needed a blood transfusion at one point for which my other cat had to donate blood, and they made sure he was comfortable at all points. When my kid was discharged, I realised how much of a miracle it was that she was saved. I could also see how happy the team was to watch a once-critical child go back home almost normal. I am beyond grateful for this level of care and attention. ❤️ Dr. Tapashree, Dr. Sameeraj, Dr.Shruthi, Dr. Intekhab, Dr Junaid , Dr.Swetha, Dr.Vishnurupini, and technicians Joshna, Sreesha , Akhila, Sasikala (and everyone else-sorry if I’ve missed their names) have each contributed in their own way to saving Heidi. Every single one of them handled the situation with the utmost empathy and kindness. I owe each and every one of them that treated and took care of her like their own kid.❤️

My name is Swathy, and we have adopted five cats—two females and three males—when they were kittens from our street. All of them have been fully vaccinated, and the female cats were spayed at Crown Vet Hospital under the care of Dr. Sameeraj and his team. The team has been attending to our cats for the past year, and every member has been consistently attentive, careful, and thorough in providing care. We have never faced any issues following their treatments. Although I find the services slightly expensive, the peace of mind and the well‑being of our cats make it completely worthwhile. The hospital offers 24‑hour care, and everyone—from the reception staff to the doctors—has been extremely responsive at all times. During our cats’ inpatient stays, the team shared regular video updates, which helped us feel reassured, confident, and at ease. He had stopped eating for two days, which was extremely concerning for us. After a thorough clinical examination and X-ray, a foreign body was detected in his intestine, and surgery was advised without any delay. From the initial diagnosis to the surgery and post-operative care, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and compassion. The procedure was performed successfully, and Black Berry was monitored closely to ensure a smooth and safe recovery. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Tapashree, Dr. Shruthi, Dr. Sameeraj, Dr. Vishnurupuni, and Dr. Balakrishna, along with night duty Dr. Intekhab, whose constant vigilance, timely interventions, and genuine concern played a vital role in Black Berry’s recovery.
