Very friendly doctor...bet treatment done.... experience matters...staff is also good... treated well...
Wastest service, the hospital is not open any time , almost it's closed and the timings are not followed by staff , the timings are 9 but the doctor will be available at 9:30 or 10:00, the staff is so careless , they don't be friendly at all , all are rude , because of their irregularness and they are so careless for my kitten , they just checked and gave one injection and the syrup that too didn't worked, i lost my cat because of their irresponsiblity , any one who's cat is suffering from any fever or infection or its not eating or vomiting then please if you want to save ur cat or kitten i suggest go to any private veterinary hospital, not promoting any private veterinary hospital but if you want to save ur pets mainly cats , according to everyone cats are been ignored by the doctors , so please wanted to save ur pet then take it to a affordable veterinary hospital.
A Heartbreaking Experience: My Cat’s Untimely Death I am absolutely devastated to share the experience that led to the untimely death of my beloved cat. What should have been a simple visit to the vet turned into an unforgettable tragedy, one that has shattered my heart and deeply affected my family. My mom and I were incredibly attached to our cat. She was more than just a pet to us—she was family. However, the care we received from the government veterinary doctor was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, I sensed something was wrong. Despite my cat's visible distress—vomiting for two days and refusing to eat—the doctor’s indifference was chilling. She refused to even allow me to place my cat on the examination table, acting as though she didn’t want to touch her. My cat, who was always kept clean and cared for, was denied even the most basic treatment. I explained that my cat wasn’t eating and had been vomiting, but instead of addressing the issue with compassion or concern, the doctor gave my cat an injection. This only seemed to drain my cat’s energy further, leading to her sudden death. What’s worse is that the doctor didn’t even bother to properly examine her. It felt as though she wasn’t even interested in trying. Had I known that this doctor had any sort of disdain for cats or wasn't willing to provide proper care, I would have taken my cat elsewhere—perhaps to a private clinic where she would have received the attention she deserved. But I trusted that this would be the place to help, and instead, my cat's life was taken far too soon. My mother is heartbroken, and her health has deteriorated because of this loss. If my pain is this overwhelming, I can only imagine the extent of my mom’s sorrow. I wish there was more I could have done, but I’ll never forget the feeling of helplessness and despair I felt during that visit. This review is not just about my grief—it's about ensuring that no other pet or family has to experience the same kind of neglect. A vet’s role is to care for animals, to treat them with empathy and expertise. Unfortunately, in this case, my cat’s life was lost because of a lack of both.
