We have four cockatiels one male and three females Along with these we brought some new birds but they infected our old ones. Among them Shiv got the most infection. In all this birds Shiv sings very cleverly & joins us like a child.. Shiva means a lot for everyone in my family.. Doctors said it was difficult for Shiv to survive. Everyone cried a lot in our family. To recover our shiv Dr. Sujith helped a lot,, Morning to evening with great patience he gave treatment to my Shiv and made him normal. Thank you so much Dr.Sujith 🫂

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Shajji in particular went above and beyond in making sure my cat was well taken care of. He did a thorough examination, handled her with a lot of care and attention gave a detailed vaccination schedule. Worth the money, and I’ll definitely keep visiting. Clinic was also very clean and hygienic and the staff were friendly a joy to be around. If you have a pet, definitely prefer All Vet and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Cheers!

I have been taking my pet for last 6 years, first it was good with Dr Jasleen. My pet had tick fever and they have initially diagnosed it wrong and gave her some medicines and later on they told us that it was tick fever. I was disappointed there and then they don’t have any experienced doctor who could suggest a proper medication for the emergency condition. It is expensive but I didn’t care about any as they treated my pet well. Since last one year the experience is very worst. They keep on repeating the same medication and it has no proper effect on my pet. Every visit, we had to wait for 30min though there are no other pets getting treated. I would suggest to get a second opinion before going forward with the treatment plan here. I had lot of trust in them but they disappointed me and at end it’s my pet and me suffering. I hope they get an experienced doctor to diagnose and help out the pets.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Allvet Pet Clinic (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)😔 I visited Allvet Pet Clinic on 10th January, 2026 with my 7-year-old furry boy (Romio 😺), having booked an appointment in advance to minimize waiting time and meet Dr. Jasleen personally. Unfortunately, she was attending an emergency case, so I could only speak briefly with Dr. Shobha (junior doctor). While the doctors themselves may be competent, the support staff are untrained, careless, and completely insensitive. *During his blood test, he was poked 4–5 times without trimming his fur, causing unnecessary pain and distress. The bandage was applied over the fur, making it difficult and painful to remove. *After the X-ray, he was left under a bed in a dirty, unhygienic area with no assistance offered. *During the ECG, staff dragged a box across the floor, creating loud noises that terrified him. My completely healthy boy went in fine but came back traumatized and in pain. I immediately informed Dr. Shobha, but I could not discuss the full scenario at that moment because my priority was to console my boy and prevent further stress 😿. The reception staff were unhelpful and provided no clear information. Getting updates required repeated calls, reflecting a lack of professionalism and proactive communication. I had planned to get my boy neutered by Dr. Jasleen, but after witnessing how the support staff handled him, I will not put my boy through such neglect. For them, he may be just an animal, but for me, he is my baby. Personal request to Dr. Jasleen: Please review your CCTV footage to see the scenario for yourself. I also urge you to train your support staff properly and ensure they handle pets safely and gently. This clinic is not cat-friendly, and untrained staff along with unprofessional reception can make any visit traumatic. I highly do not recommend Allvet Pet Clinic to any cat parent — your furry baby could end up scared, hurt, or traumatized. Dr. Jasleen, if you feel my review is inaccurate, I am open to your response. I am sharing my honest experience as a concerned pet parent.

I had an amazing experience with Allvet Clinic. A stray kitten I was taking care of fell very sick and had an infected eye the day before I had to go out of station. Dr Jasleen Kaur and her team ensured the kitten got the right treatment and even found a foster home who was ready to take the kitten in till I came back. If it hadn't been for the efforts of Allvet and the foster they connected with, this little bundle of joy might not have survived. I am forever grateful to them.
