For sanitary you people charge rs300 but don’t even do it properly , highly disappointed with your service
I dont recommend this place for several reasons. Listing out few of them. I happened to visit this place to understand how grooming, bathing and boarding is taken care. I was shocked to understand that these people keep the pets in good condition when pet owners visit them and later on ignore it completely. I have seen them locking a Moghal hound in bathing tub for almost 3-4 hours and when questioned on same, was told that dont interfere, we will take care of it. That particular dog was crying for long time which made me go and check. There was a Labrador puppy which was kept without feeding for 2 days, also stale food was given. I request the pet owners not to board the dogs here and even if you wish to give them for grooming please make sure you are in front of them when all this is happening.
