What else pet parents want when they have best pet spa in the town. Totally loved the service. They treated my pet with lots of kindness and love. They have friendly environment. We recently boarded our puppy Pepper at Happy Tails (Pet Boarding and Grooming Center) for the very first time, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our puppy is very shy and takes a while to open up to new people, but the team—especially Akshata—was incredibly patient and caring with her. We received regular updates, and they were always available on call or message to ease our concerns. They even adjusted the pickup timings for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
