Dr Honnenaikar is the best doctor in the city. He talks so politely ,very caring and kind hearted.. I trust him completely for my pet.

Don't go to this hospital if you want your pet or cat to stay alive. In this hospital the doctors are not professionals or experienced they're all newbies and also the bed and the whole place is not clean whenever i visisted this place everytime it was dirty and not cleaned at all and whenever i visited there for my cat because my cat was infected from a virus because it was infected by another stray cat on fight they just did injection to my cat and did nothing they didn't even clean my cat's wounds they just gaved me ointment and told to just apply it and do nothing I was visiting to this hospital from 3 days they just did injections and told your cat will heal by itself at night from 10 o clock my cat started vomiting 10 to 15 minutes continuously today morning my cat died and my cat was like a family member to us from atleast 2 years we are in shock my every family member is upset. I'm warning to every pet or cat owner don't visit this hospital or else your pet will die after 2 days or the next day.

Infrastructure of the Hospital is Very Old and needs urgent upgradation. Its usually rush because there is hardly any good Private Pet Hospitals in Hubli with Experienced Doctor. But the Doctor here doesn't have much Idea regarding cats!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had an extremely painful and traumatic experience at Government Animals Hospital, Herepet, Hubballi. I brought my cat for treatment on 20-06-2025 (Friday), around 10:30 AM, as she was suffering from vomiting and loose motions due to undigested food. I had carried her carefully in a basket and gave all the necessary information to the hospital staff. When they asked me to open the basket and remove her, I warned them that she was scared by the presence of other animals and strangers. I repeatedly requested help from one of the staff to hold the cat during treatment — but they refused. They told me plainly, “If you want treatment, you must handle it yourself, or leave.” Feeling helpless and under pressure, I opened the basket. As I feared, the terrified cat escaped and ran into the nearby thick tree area outside the hospital, which is filled with wild snakes and rats. I searched for her the entire day, but she never came back. She was too scared and vanished. I also requested the hospital: “If she comes back, please call me,” and I left my phone number with them. But till now, no one has called. This date — 20th June 2025 — has become a black day for me and my family. Even while writing this review, my eyes are filled with tears. My heart doesn’t allow me to eat food. I feel like crying all night. My cat was part of my life, and her memories haunt me. I still can’t digest what happened. When I asked the hospital why this happened, they responded coldly, “It’s your cat. You should have held it. We can’t do anything.” This hospital has no safety arrangements, no proper staff to help with scared or sensitive pets, and no basic empathy. Because of their careless attitude, I lost a member of my family. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. Please be careful if you truly love your pet.

I visited your hospital 6 oct my cat was given a full 5 mg tablet instead of a 1/4 dose. He became unwell, his stomach swelled, and later developed liver problems From your mistake my cat is suffering from liver problems
