Zero experience they don't know anything about pet scolds the pet.. And charges 200rs for nail cut

After seeing the reviews, I thought it would be good but I got to know this only after going there. I had taken my dog for a bath. The tap water does not come properly and since it is cold weather, they bathed with cold water.. the bathtub was dirty bucket was dirty and hygiene was not at all maintain worst pet shop in guwahati and their charges in very high.. 👎🏻 beware people before taking it go and check it before.. thank you
Probably the worst grooming experience I've seen live. Bought a stray dog I rescued to the groomer hoping for a good experience (because it's a professional groomer), it would've probably been better to bathe the dog at home with a hose while it's constantly screaming. Would've still been a less traumatic experience for the dog. If you love your pets, don't bring them here. Terrible experience, terrible people handling the pets. I guess because Guwahati doesn't have a lot of options this is considered the standard or the best? I'd suggest giving your pet a bath at home. It's December and they refused to use (or probably didn't even have) lukewarm water. They just washed the dog once with shampoo even the dog had ticks. And had zero powdering or anything else done. Save your Rs 800. The groomer will also conveniently ask you to pay him on his phone instead of the gpay at the desk because I'm guessing whoever is attending at the desk doesn't want the shop owner to even know that a pet came through for grooming. Only thing I paid at the desk were things that i bought at the store such as leash, treats etc. If I could give a 0/5, I would.
