Don't buy anything from here! My mother and I went to buy a dog for the first time in our lives. We didn't have much knowledge about the process. They showed us a small dog, and we chose a black Labrador. We even asked them if we would get a vaccination card, and they said yes. But after taking the dog, they didn't give us any vaccination card or bill. Two days later, the dog started vomiting. We visited another store for a check-up, and the owner there told us that after purchasing a dog, you should get a vaccination card immediately. When we tried asking the original shop for the card, they cut the call and stopped answering. They are scamming people who don't have proper knowledge
This is gonna be a long review so bare with me. We got our girl, Ayla, a 4 month corgi who was a parvo and distemper survivor. She came in with extremely low blood levels, and after a few tests, she came positive for babesia. Her distemper symptoms had made it even worse, more difficult and way more complicated to treat her. Ayla went to vetcity through another doctor's reference and am I glad she went there. Dr. Sayedul was first, patient enough to explain the biological things, complications etc, was attentive to every little detail of hers and would pick up my call, get me to my texts on weird timings of the day regarding ayla's questions. She has been discharged on her 7th day of IV treatment and need I say has she become much better. The medicines prescribed to her have worked wonders to calm her nervous system problems caused by distemper( which is an awful experience for any animal to go through btw). Only and only gratitude to the staff and the doctors there. The best vet service I've had till date.
I went to lots of vet for my cat but these one is the best and the Dr were so friendly and staff were also friendly too had given us lots of free advice how to take care of our cats . Thank u vet city keep going how it’s going ..
Excellent experience. My dog was suffering from parbo, almost about to die, thanks to vetcity for providing exceptional service for almost 12days continuously. Now he is healthy and fully active with great growth.
