My purchases have totaled around 8000 over several visits, not in a single day. I was assured by your staff that I could exchange a 400 medicine, but when I returned, I was made to wait over 30 minutes only to be denied the exchange. even spoke with the owner about my experience, expressing my disappointment in how I was treated. It's disappointing to be dismissed and accused of lying when I have proof of my purchases. I hope you consider improving your customer service instead of blaming your customers. The owner even offered me 350 instead of the full ₹400, citing GST deductions. As someone who understands GST well (my father is a CA), I know that this isn't how it works. Blaming customers instead of addressing service issues doesn't reflect well an your business. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service
