The services of the doctors were good enough. But absence of radiologist and sonologist was greatly felt during our visits. The authority should consider appointing radiologists and sonoligists in the Clinic immediately. In any case, the users are paying users fees - finances should not be a big problem.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this hospital. There was a dark skinned middle aged female doctor whom I consulted. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke in a sarcastic, taunting tone throughout the visit. My dog was being treated for a bacterial infection, and instead of explaining things properly or showing basic empathy, she acted as if she had no interest in helping at all. she was the only one doctor available for nearly 50 people, which made the whole situation even worse. The lack of staff, combined with her rude behaviour, made the experience stressful and unpleasant. It genuinely felt like she was working only for the sake of it and not because she cared about animals or their owners. If you can afford it, I strongly suggest going to a private clinic instead. This place needs better staff, better management, and doctors who actually know how to communicate respectfully. Later on , i found two male doctors with better communication and kindness and they didnt have that nasty attitude as the previous doctor. so i would recommend them and not the previous doctor. However, the operating hours are also disappointing. On weekdays, they close by 4 p.m., and on weekends, it's only open till 12 p.m. — which is quite unfair. If human hospitals can run 24/7, why can't animal hospitals at least have an emergency service? Animals are part of our families too, and emergencies don't wait for "office hours." It's heartbreaking to think that in a crisis, you may have nowhere to take your pet simply because it's a weekend afternoon. I hope the authorities seriously consider extending the hours or at least introducing round-the-clock emergency care. Our pets deserve better — they deserve to be treated with the same urgency and compassion as any human.

1. Government Vet hospital - The hospital pricing including vet fees, blood test and investigations are at geniune pricing. 2. Dr. Monica is excellent her skills and investigation process is very thorough and professional. This is one of the key criteria I come here. 3. The facility has all basic requirements being fulfilled apart from some blood test like liver and kidney CREA which are being done from private labs. Ultrasounds, blood test, gynae, surgical etc. 4. The medical shop inside the vet hosp generally has all the available latest fresh medicines but the only thing is , he gives only 10% discount plus GST which I feel is costly to purchase. I am not sure if vet shops outside how much they give discount need to check that. Overall I am satisfied and I bring my pet over here.

I thought of giving even not a single star in review to this hospital. As of today that is 24th February 2026, Timing:-8:35 A.M.. my 1 month old male baby goat passed away due to stone blockage in its urinary reproductive part which is also known as a disease called Calculi in short. The goat faced this issue till 14 days ago and the goat was unable to drink, eat, gobble. His belly was bloated with water. The goat tries to excrete which means to pass out the urine with giving all his energy efforts to come out but it doesn't... Then one man suggested me to take this issue as a urgency for goats and told me to take this issue with a veterinary surgeon, which was located at Khanapara... As I am too far from this destination.. So , I took my baby goat to this hospital. My very honest and acctual reply to this hospital is that so poor performance played by a male doctor, I'm not mentioning his name but I knew his name. On the Day 1 :- The doctor told that he told can't perform the surgery today and told me to go back, come the following day. Later , he suggested some injections for 5 days for the goat to treat. Neither injections worked for goat nor the goat was well. On the Day 2:- I took the baby goat to the same hospital which was situated at Khanapara. I told the doctor to cure the issue of the goat and i've visited at actual time. The doctor told that they can't do,put the injections to the goat and also told me that they have a 'schedule day and time' for operation. But I was at the right day and right time. It was too difficult to come from far place, I still requested the doctor to help with the issue by today, but then they didn't accept. One the Day 3(On 24th February 2026):- When I was about to take the goat to the same hospital, the goat died (passed away from us) meaning he is no more in this beautiful world. The goat was only about 1 month old and was still a baby goat. The goat wants to survive in this beautiful world but the urine blockage made him nothing to do anything simply just sitting meaning no energy at him.. Conclusion:- My final reply is that the doctor was so dishonest and didn't took this issue as a serious matter. Let's say if this same case issue was happened these humans then what they would likely do?, do they simply ignore it like this?? I was about to call 'social media' for this issue but to maintain his doctor(Dr) title i didn't called. Feels bad when doctors doesn't pay attention to patients... When a doctor gets government jobs, they feels like they needn't to work anything. The government should keep a eye watch of these type of people(doctors) Moreover ,the government should take this matter a serious on development of government hospital... Verryyy poorrrr....😭😔 Rest in peace.. That's all for the day.
