There should be ICU in the hospital & doctor comes at 9.00am.i will give 0 ⭐ but it's required to post.star should be given.Animals are don't have right to get treatment.love & care.there should be proper ambulance...toll free number..I called up 100 times but the number is busy.
I was asked to visit today with my kittens but on reaching the hospital everything was close and while asking the guard we came to know the doctors never came. One of the kittens who was sick just died. (P.S.- They were asked to follow a course for their treatment where they have to follow up for a week. But right next day of the course the doctors were not present)
Don’t take your pets there. They have no proper knowledge, and because of their wrong medication, I lost my pet. They gave my dog high doses of steroids and antibiotics medicines usually used only in emergency situations without prescribing antacids. This affected his kidney and liver. They are only doing business; they don’t truly have the knowledge to treat pets.
I’m deeply heartbroken and disappointed. Because of the wrong or high injection given by this doctor, my dog is no more. After 13 years together, losing him this way has been devastating. I trusted the doctor completely, but that injection took his life within 3 days. Please be careful — always ask and confirm before any injection is given to your pet.
I lost my 9 month old cat after treatment at this government veterinary hospital and my experience here was worse. The doctor never clearly explained what illness my cat had. I was only told that his “stomach was not well.” There was no clear diagnosis or explanation of how serious the problem was. After the injections, my cat looked better, but after two days he suddenly became very sick. He started vomiting, stopped eating, had loose motion, and then he died. On the first visit, Dr. Pranjit Baruah gave my cat two injections and charged 250. I only had 200 cash, so I was told to give the remaining 50 the next day. On the second visit, this amount was not mentioned again. That day, my cat was given three more injections and charged 200, which I paid online to the doctor’s personal account. This is a government hospital, but I was charged for injections and asked to buy medicines from a private pet shop. Taking payment into a personal account instead of an official system raises serious concerns. I trusted this hospital with my pet’s life and was left with confusion and a huge loss.
