They just want money. Their service is average. Nothing special. No parking space. Very arrogant doctor. Just makes them look greedy.
Two weeks ago I took my puppy to this clinic cause my pet wasn't eating anything for almost 5 days straight then this doctor injected saline and prescribed some medicine after that my pet started to eat and was fine, however after few days my puppy suffered from skin problem then we planned on taking him again to the same clinic there come the other doctor she injected vaccine and prescribed lots of medicine hence my pet didn't improve it got worst moreover my pet was facing difficulty in breathing and started to bleed from nose so we decided to take him again to this clinic for the 3rd time but it got worst at this point my puppy had severe difficulty in breathing and the blood was pouring from his nose without stopage and the next morning he passed away... This is because of their negligence and their main aim is to sell medicine as soon as possibe but not to cure the disease! please be aware of this kind of clinic and do not visit if possible 😭 Most importantly Doctors here they don't touch the pet yet but they're ready to prescribed medicine very fast
(PLEASE DON'T GO THERE EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST OPTION) we took our cat to the doctor and at first, the doctor was okay to talk to but then, the bill was so hefty!! they only used a catheter to get the urine out but for only that, they took literally rs. 2000?!! it made no sense!!! and when we asked for a proper bill as to why they're charging this much from us, they said "we don't give out detailed bills" (at first) and then when pushed further, they said that it's the doctor's charges. the fact that they can hide behind two words "doctor's charges", since we can't ask them anything any further. and for anyone reading this, thinking that we already knew the charges are going to be more since it's private: YES, we knew it's private and it's going to cost more but 2000 rupees for just getting the pee out with a catheter? it's nonsense.
Dr. Ali has been taking care of our Patchy for the last 12 years. He has also spayed / neutered Kuro and Sakura, our kittens. Our pets trust Dr. Ali and are very comfortable with him. As a surgeon, his skills are exemplary. Over the years, he has become an integral part of our family.
I took my dog here recently and honestly, the charges are unbelievably high. I understand that private clinics are more expensive than government ones, but the pricing still needs to be reasonable. They charged ₹4,500 for a simple blood test, which is absurd. Even in private human hospitals, a basic blood test doesn’t cost this much. On top of that, my dog needed saline treatment and they charged ₹1,000 just for that. It really feels like they’re taking advantage of pet owners who are already stressed about their pets’ health. At this point, it comes across as legalized looting. They even falsely diagnosed my dog with a disease in his blood report. After getting the opinion of Khanapara veterinary doctor, i found that my dog was perfectly healthy and this doctor fooled me to get more money. If you want better service at a fair price, I strongly recommend going to the government veterinary hospital in Khanapara. It's far more affordable and the service is actually better. I’m genuinely disappointed. Pet care shouldn’t be a way to exploit people.
