Absolutely loved my experience with Kute Pets! This place is a haven for pet lovers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, helpful, and genuinely passionate about animals. The store is well-stocked with high-quality pet food, grooming supplies, accessories, and some of the cutest toys I’ve ever seen — all at reasonable prices. I booked a grooming session for my dog and was seriously impressed. The groomer was gentle, professional, and took great care of my pet. He came back looking fresh, clean, and actually seemed relaxed — not anxious like after other grooming sessions elsewhere. What really sets Kute Pets apart is their attention to detail and customer service. They took the time to understand my pet's needs and even offered some great tips on diet and coat care. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and doesn’t smell like most pet shops. Also loved that they support local adoption efforts and don’t just focus on sales. It’s rare to find a pet store that balances business with compassion. Highly recommend to all pet parents in the area. I took my Cat 'minu' to Kute Pets Veterinary Clinic and Shop on 20 August,2024 for treatment caused due to dog bite , under care of Dr. Iftikar Islam on 20 August 2024, around 8: 30 pm to 9 pm. During the visit Dr. Iftikar Islam recommended administration of 3 vaccination in total ( one may be pain killer) which was supposed to address my kitten ' s condition , I noticed that there was inconsistency on the part of Doctor in term of the treatment given to my kitten . He inquired about my kitten age , I told him that she was about one and half month old, and he informed me that kitten usually gets vaccinated after 3 months and he proceeded administering 3 vaccination back to back . Unfortunately , after my kitten condition deteriorated rapidly (it was shocking for me as doctor told that she will be fine by tomorrow as she is normal, no major injury) . Despite following the vets instructions she passed away within one hour . This has been devastating for me, as I have trusted the vet Kute Veterinary Clinic and Pet Shop to provide the best care. My main concern is that Doctor ignored my remarks regarding kitten' s inability to take 3 vaccination back to back as she just turned 1 and half month old. I felt that Doctor 's ignorance and lack of ethics had contributed to my kitten 's untimely death ( within one hour her body turned blue indicating Lethal effects of the vaccines doses. While I understand that not every outcome is predictable , I believe more careful attention and communication could have make a difference . I urge other pet owners to seek for a second opinion if they feel unsure about a treatment recommendation at Kute Pets Veterinary Clinic and Pet Shop . As heart breaking this incident has been , I would not wish the same for your Dear pets. Medical mishaps can often happen it's unavoidable I totally understand that but my grave concern is the negligency shown by you when I called you multiple times after the condition of my pet got worse because of the complication of medications most probably anaphylactic reaction with respiratory distress and cyanosis but you ignore my call multiple times but picked up the call from sister's number ...... you should have atleast inform me about the complication of medications , so that I could be mentally prepared for the outcome , instead you kept reassuring me that she will be fine ... And I felt that she would have been alive if there had been timely intervention.

Kute pets is one of the oldest and trusted brand of Guwahati for all pet brands. I have visited them multiple time. Recently came to know about their online platform which is a great news and we must avail this opportunity for a great experience.
