Visited the shop about 3 days ago and sharing my experience. Staff Knowledge: The staff lacks basic knowledge about the fish. They confuse barbs with mollies, which shows a clear gap in expertise. This makes it hard to get reliable advice during a purchase. Fish Health: Fish health is poor due to severe overcrowding and bad water quality. Around 200 fish—including mollies and zebras—are crammed into a single tank while others sit empty. Dead fish linger in the tanks without being removed, and the water is filthy with uneaten food at the bottom. Even apple snails (about 30 large ones) were all dead, with bigger fish eating their remains—heartbreaking to see. Variety: Variety is decent but limited—not a wide selection overall. Empty tanks highlight the poor management despite the space.Shopping Experience I've visited this store multiple times, including just three days ago, after my usual spot at Paras Trinity closed. The experience is disappointing: dead fish left in tanks, overcrowding, and neglect create a grim atmosphere. It's forced me to explore options, but this one falls short. Pricing: Prices are expensive compared to what I paid before—a dozen fish that cost me 200 rupees now go for 100 rupees per pair here. They quote random high prices and barely negotiate, adding to the frustration.Alternative Recommendation I'd suggest Fish Cove Nirvana instead. Their fish aren't the healthiest either, but the overall shopping experience is better. Looking at the way they reply to customer reviews, im just waiting for them to read mine and give a good reply 😛😛

I bought my aquarium in 2021. The built of the aquarium seemed okay at that time but soon that part started coming off. Within 1 year it was a mess. I also bought some live stock. The owner tries to manipulate and oversell the stock rather than being honest. New fish had lice which also infected the existing fish. There are other aquarium shops in the vicinity. I'd prefer going to them.
