They are excellent. I took my dog for a grooming session the staff was kind and friendly. They were making my dog feel special by giving him treats during his session. A bit expensive but they did a great job

Very poor Experience. I am sharing this review after 2 years shopping with them. They always did a delayed delivery like you order in the morning and they will deliver you EOD or next day and this time I called them 3 times including messages on WhatsApp but they seems very busy and don’t really bother even if they are loosing a 2 year old customer. Pathetic mindset of the owner lady. This way you will lose more customers madam. Thank you.

This Shop was a chance discovery while searching for some specific dog food in Gurgaon....and what a discovery it has been. They have always come up to our demand and needs..may it be winter clothes, raincoats, mild medicines, treats, toys or Feed. The home delivery and choice of replacement and return (no cash return) has also been excellent . The customer service to us has been excellent.
