I cannot thank Dr. Sandeep enough for the way he takes care of my dog, Snowy. He is truly a godsend for pet parents like us. No matter what time I call, he always answers or calls back, even if he is traveling. His dedication and commitment are unmatched. Every time I meet him, he listens to all my concerns with so much patience and compassion, never rushing, always explaining everything clearly and calmly. The reassurance and confidence he gives is priceless. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with genuine care and kindness. I feel truly blessed to have Dr. Sandeep looking after Snowy. Highly recommend him to every pet parent — he’s the best!

PSA for pet parents: WORST experience ever! It’s shockingly easy to exploit people when they’re worried about their voiceless pets and this clinic has absolutely mastered that art. We were quoted ₹1,000 for our cat’s vaccines over the phone, but were later billed a staggering ₹2,500…even though the vaccines themselves cost barely ₹1,100 in total. When we questioned the discrepancy, the receptionist had no clear explanation. We also planned to get our cat spayed, and were told to get her blood tests done that same day to avoid “delays later.” We trusted them, assuming the pricing would be fair (BIG mistake). When it came time to pay, we were charged ₹4,500 for just the vaccines and blood tests combined. And the real shock came when they quoted ₹18,000 for the spay procedure, an outrageous amount considering most vets charge between ₹7,000–₹12,000. At that point, it was clear that they weren’t interested in helping our pet, they just wanted to secure payment for unnecessary tests. The entire experience felt manipulative and profit-driven. Afterwards, I spoke to multiple adoption centers and pet parents who confirmed our suspicions. Niti Bagh is not a vet clinic, it’s a business model. We were even told that the doctor there is the “worst doctor for cats”. I’m sharing this so other pet parents don’t fall into the same trap. Please, save yourself (and your pet) from this scam.

Please save yourself from these scammers. The entire place is designed to lure you into unnecessary tests and the entire staff created such a urgency. Its actually funny how they use your concern for your pets to trick you. A simple test which costs around 700-1100 INR and billed us 3000 without informing us the cost. Being a new pet parent it was my fault not researching and rushing my pet out of urgency to this pet business shop. I would suggest you not to go there if you have cats. People with dogs have left positive reviews, maybe they failed to fool them but it can be you the next time. Such a horrible experience.
