I had a terrible experience with Monkodog. First, it was extremely difficult to even book an appointment with their doctor. After finally managing to schedule one, the vet didn’t show up on time. When they eventually came (after a week of delay), they gave one vaccine and told me the anti-rabies vaccine would be administered the following week. But after that, the entire team just disappeared — no follow-up, no communication, nothing. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I honestly don’t know who’s writing these positive reviews, because my experience has been completely the opposite. This kind of unreliable and careless service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to our pets' health. I strongly advise against using Monkodog — please don’t risk your baby’s well-being with them.
