Very nice owners and center. Their pet Lily was so adorable. Before leaving my pet Bunny to boarding i was soo worrried. But the way they keep your furbaby is really amazing. I was so relaxed in my office trip after watching the videos and photos shared by the owners. Recommended for all.

Had to travel to Gurgaon for my work and this is the place where my Pet stayed for 5 days... I must say it was a friendly place for my pet to play and make new friends.. Thank you to the team HOH!

Seems like a parody on the name. It was literally 'howls' for my baby boy. Last year, I was in the US and left my 3 pets at the boarding for over 4 weeks. While abroad, I got a call from Aradhana stating that my boy 'Dexter' who was 8 months old has fallen off their stairs and possibly sprained his back leg. I asked her and Chandan to take Dexter to our vet for a check up but they decided to take him elsewhere or maybe avoid any vet visit. They provided misleading information and continued to ignore and home treatment Dexter. My anger and dissatisfaction as a pet parent is not because my baby was injured, it is mostly how the situation was dealt with and how Chandan and Aradhana's ignorance led to complication for my Dexter. Dexter had to undergo surgery because his leg was broken (2 breaks) which cannot have been missed by any vet had he been taken for an x-ray. After I returned, it took me 1 day to realize that it wasn't any 'sprain' and I took Dexter to my vet. X-ray showed 2 fractures and that the bone was mending the wrong way due to it 'not' being treated within the first few days. I have stayed at multiple cities, but this experience by far was the worse and really stressful for me and my pets.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve known House of Howl since the days when our Labrador - Badshah was your frequent guest, and our experience with them has always been outstanding. Now, we also send our poodle Cola to them, and the care, affection, and professionalism they show remain truly exceptional. It’s wonderful to see how happy and well looked after Cola is every time. We couldn’t recommend House of Howl highly enough for anyone looking for a trusted, loving environment for their pets. 🐾❤️
