Good atmosphere around.. high friendly nature with good advice for your pet!

I bought a pair of birds that died in 3 hours. The caretaker had guaranteed they will live atleast an year. I even asked the caretaker to pull out the cctv footage to confirm. I went to the shop to ask for details and was treated very badly and were told to get out of the shop. The owner chirag threatened us. Forget refund, but the tone to speak was long gone. There are multiple pet shops around that atleast have the courtesy to speak to the customer and have healthy pets. I am totally amazed seeing the positive paid reviews. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs.

I purchased 2 budgies last year 15th July 2023 one died on the same night, I went to the shop to complete my budgies pair, they didn't compensate and took again fresh amount, they already know the sick budgies so it was like a cheat, I purchased food and cage as well, this experience was quite okay but last Sunday on 30th June I purchased a food bottle and supposed that would be useful to not make floor messy,but it didn't work as desired so I removed that in 2 hours and kept the bottle after dry cloth cleaning.The owner already deined when I asked him will it be returned if not useful he dinied that is also okay as a shop owner I underood.But today 7th July I thought to request to just exchange and take food for my budgies. The helper was alone and he denied so I asked him to call owner he listened my request and started shouting on the phone itself, then I thought to just explained why I couldn't come immediately or next day..just because of busy working week.but after 5 minutes he came to the shop and I said him bhaiya you don't have sense to talk to a customer or specially a lady.he said Ladies are the who make more nonsense, then I understood that he won't be listen anything I decided to go back and just said 'Bhagwan apka bhala kare' he said Mera toh bhala ho raha hain bla bla bla then I started from there and the owner started shouting badly on the helper....so this guy is too rude and doesn't have skills to retain his customers..as per my worsen experience today this might be a last visit to that shop. Really a pathetic experience 😧😞
