I am incredibly grateful to Petriever Shop and especially to Sumit Guptaji, who went above and beyond to help me in a time of urgent need. A stray puppy in our locality was brutally injured and had a fractured leg. Despite it being quite late (around 10:30 PM) and all his staff having already left, Sumit Bhai responded to my call of distress and personally delivered a dog iron crate for the puppy. i went there for my shihtzu haircut & bath, but place was all mess inside where they do grooming, i asked him to clean it, then that guy said vo abhi abhi haircut kia tabhi karke hairs hai har jagah, it was really Unhygienic and very smelly, after his haircut when i reach there to pick him, haircut was like it was done by some unprofessional person, uneven hairs, i asked him why are they uneven then he said ki itne chhote bal mei uneven hi hote hain, i swear felt like wow kya explaination hai bhai teri, galati ho gai apke pas le aaye bhaia sorry, socha tha ghar k pas hai isliye le aaya tha, but i wont take him there again, very bad experience.😡

“The customer service and grooming were good, but overall I was not satisfied. The manager’s misbehavior made the experience unpleasant, and I was repeatedly disturbed with calls every 5 minutes asking if I was coming, which was very unprofessional.” Not Recommended
