We had a wonderful experience with Kamini during our Shihtzu (Coffee) five day stay at her place. Kamini and her caretaker lady (Sushila) took personal care and sent us regular updates/videos, fed our baby with care and took care of her timely medicines. We would highly recommend her to all paw parents ❤️❤️

Browny Boxy is a great place for pets - for boarding as well as grooming. Its rare to see someone so personally invested in taking care of dogs - not just pets that visit but also the wonderful rescued dogs that are permanent residents there. You can tell how much care and love is given to all animals there with how happy they look each time I visit. Kamini, the owner, is doing wonderful work and anyone should board their pets there without any concerns or hesitation. The place itself is really beautiful, slightly away from the noisy neighborhoods, filled with green grass, and a swimming pool. All the rooms are equipped with ACs for summer as well. Bhanu, the caretaker , deserves a special mention for the constant care he provides to each and every dog there.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and created a safe, happy environment for my baby. I was completely at ease knowing Romeo was in such good hands. Extremely satisfied with tge way our little one stayed with her for a fortnight while we were travelling. We boarded our Labrador, Cosmo, at Brown Boxy for 7 days, and the experience was very reassuring. Cosmo came back happy and well cared for, which was most important to us—especially since it was our first time leaving him for such a long duration. Kamini, the owner, has a great understanding of dogs. Her strategy of grouping dogs based on similar behaviour ensures a comfortable and safe environment. What we truly appreciated was that the service never felt money-driven; the quality of care naturally makes you feel it is worth paying for. A special mention to Bhanu and his son, who are excellent caretakers and handled Cosmo with genuine care and attention. Overall, we are very happy with Brown Boxy and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet boarding service.
