They now have their set clients and arr not bother to entertain the new ones. Nobody picks the call before 12pm. I followed up with them for tank cleaning 5-6 time but they were least bother to even inform after confirming the time date. Will never recommend. @kapoorpets8361

Average quality. Scope of bargain from price point. Person who manages shop is very humble and knowledgeable but you need to tell him problem and ask for suggestions. Don't expect proactive interaction from him. Overall all good. Better inventory of fishes than nearby shops.

I have been his customer since long because it's the only shop in this area so far, however, few options have come up now days. I never had pleasant experience though, the owner always looks like bored and sleeping. He never helps with proper suggestions. I have bought a large aquarium, regularly bought fish accessories, food and also took many related services. Recently, I had a bad and shocking experience with him when I bought some birds. He gave us sick birds and when I tried to exchange them, he simply refused to exchange even after knowing that I have been his regular customer since last 5 years. I told him to exchange it at lower rate as well but he simply refused. This is total apathy towards customer and he has definitely lost a loyal customer. DISAPPOINTED IN TRUE TERMS...

Very bad service. Do not purchase pet foods or fishes from here. Giving expiry date food with stamp on the date. The quality of fishes they sell are also very poor. Some times all fishes died within the 1 or two days of purchasing.

Recently I have had a very bad experience with this shop. I had purchased one fish and 2 bajri birds and had asked to keep them for 1 week as I was going out of town, that time he informed me that I don't need to pay him anything but when I went to take my birds and fish, he informed me that fish has died and asked me to pay additional Rs200/- for keeping the birds. Also the fish food and bird food which I had given him, he said it had been used. Seriously this shop owner is very greedy and not a good person. Not recommended based on my recent experience.
