Fabulous as always, can’t get enough of all the lovely products. Mishka and Laila though 3 and 9 loved their king kind of chewy toys. Loving the shampoo and paw cleaner too. Be VERY careful of their packaged dog food. I was feeding the same to my dog when suddenly after 3 months she started dripping stool from her anus out of the blue. Fortunately it was not night time (we know the horrible state of emergency pet services available in this country) and i rushed her to the vet. Turns out the preservatives in the food caused her haemoglobin to shoot up severely resulting in rupture of anal nerves and severe bleeding and if it was worse her nerves from nose or ears could have ruptured and been fatal. After multiple blood withdrawals and repeated medications for weeks and tests she normalised. I didnt feed her anything except their Sara's dog food, and once I stopped she immediately got better. DO NOT feed their food to your pets.

Received mouldy food items. The Diwali box has mouldy barfi as seen in the photo attached. No quality control is followed or what? Can’t even imagine had i not noticed it and served it to my pet what would have happened. On top of that they delivered my Diwali box post Diwali. I was supposed to received it 3 days prior diwali and even contacted the customer service team bia email and call they ensured it will come on time but got it post Diwali.
