Thank you for taking good care of my baby. After inquiring and checking so many places, our neighbour suggested this place and this is no doubt the best place. My baby is little sensitive and she gets affected emotionally very quickly. ( this happened when we left her at a different hostel ) but this time she is very playful and happy which means they have taken a really good care of my baby. Now I don’t have to worry while I’m travelling. If you’re from Delhi/Gurgaon, this is the safest and trustworthy place to keep your babies.

I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience with this dog care facility. I left my dog there for three days, and it was his first time at this place. Despite this, no one informed us about how he was settling in or shared any meaningful updates. In contrast, other dog care centers we have used earlier provided regular updates, especially during the initial days. The video shared by the staff was misleading. It appeared that my dog was brought out only for the purpose of recording the video and not given regular care or attention otherwise. What was most concerning was that my dog clearly had not been fed properly during his stay. When I brought him home, he attacked his food and ate desperately, which showed that he had been hungry for a long time. I could also see fear in his eyes, which was heartbreaking and unacceptable. When I picked him up after three days, he was wet and dirty, indicating that basic care and hygiene were neglected. Overall, this experience was extremely poor and distressing. I would not recommend this facility to any pet owner who truly cares about their pet’s well-being.

Made a very last minute plan to take my pet dog Jiya for a swim- called Pooja at Petlovers Hut who was most helpful and made the necessary arrangements in quick time. The place is spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff on site helpful - can’t ask for more. Keep up the good work Pooja and team. Will return soon with more furry friends of Jiya ❤️

An amazing experience for my baby 🐾💦 Doggos swimming pool and park combo is perfect for both playtime and relaxation. My pet had a blast swimming, running around, and making new furry friends. Highly recommend this spot for any pup who loves water and outdoor fun.

I love the place. I have been there myself and my dogs go there every other month. I have 3 dogs and one is old and one is young but they are taken care of just right. Whether the old one needs rest and human pets while the puppy wants to run, it is all taken care of. Pankaj is super helpful and sends the pics, videos and updates regularly. My dogs have also stayed for a longer duration and i have no complaints. Thank you
